Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you pay cash, you will be required to pay a deposit for every future booking including the 20% fee from the previous no-show before I will book you again. My time is valuable and it is hard to fill your appointment time when given a short notice. I am very understanding, so if something comes up then let me know and I will do my best to work something out!
