Cancellation Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive 10 minutes or more, a $10 late fee will be applied if I am still able to complete your service and my schedule allows. If your late arrival affects my ability to complete your service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled.
No-shows or appointments not canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. This policy helps cover time that could have been offered to another client.
